A moving tote rental is the simplest version of packing. We bring industrial plastic totes and a dolly to your door a week before move day, you fill them, and once you're unpacked we come and take them away. One flat rate covers the totes, the dolly, the delivery and the pickup. Some people call them moving bins, some say plastic moving boxes or crates. Same thing, and this is what renting them actually involves.

What a rental
actually includes.
Rental pricing in this industry gets slippery once you read the fine print. Delivery fees, pickup fees, per-day extensions, dolly rental as a separate line. Ours is one number for the whole job, so here is exactly what is behind it.
The totes measure 24 × 20 × 12 inches, hold up to 60 lbs, and have attached flat lids. No tape, no folding, no bottom falling out of a box halfway up the stairs. Because every tote is the same size, they stack square on the dolly and square in the truck, which is where most of the time saving comes from.
Each tote runs about 400 cycles before it is retired. That is the part that makes the economics work: you are paying for use, not for materials you throw out on the other end.
The totes
Between 20 and 100 of them depending on your home size. Industrial plastic, 24 × 20 × 12 inches, rated to 60 lbs, attached flat lids.
Moving blankets
Included in every package at no extra cost, 2 on the smallest package rising to 5 on the largest. For wrapping mirrors, table tops and anything with a finish you would rather not scuff on the way down the stairs.
A dolly, or two
One dolly on packages up to 3 bedrooms, two on 4 and 5 bedroom packages. Stack 5 or 6 totes and move a room in a single trip.
Delivery to your door
Seven days before your move date, at no extra charge. Not a depot pickup, not a surcharge by distance.
Pickup from the new place
We collect from wherever you have landed, not from where we dropped off. Scheduled with you once you are unpacked.
14 days of rental
A week to pack, move day, then a week to unpack. Need longer? It is $1 per tote per week after that, so an extra week on a 45-tote package is $45.
Cleaning between every rental
Inspected and disinfected the same day they come back, logged by tote ID. Here is the full cleaning process.

How many
totes?
This is the question almost everyone opens with, and the honest answer is that bedrooms are a rough proxy. What really drives the count is how long you have lived there and how much is in the basement.
Our packages are sized from actual moves, so the bedroom count is a reasonable starting point. If you have been in the same house twelve years, size up one tier. If you have recently decluttered hard, size down. We would rather you ordered right than ordered big.

Studio or 1 bedroom: 20 totes
A condo or apartment with a normal amount of kitchen and closet contents. $119.
1 bedroom plus den: 30 totes
The in-between size, for a 1 bedroom with a storage locker or a den that has quietly become a storage room. $149.
2 bedrooms: 45 totes
Our most common package. Covers a townhouse or a 2 bedroom with a full kitchen. $189.
3 bedrooms: 60 totes
A typical family home with a garage and some basement storage. $229.
4 bedrooms: 80 totes
Two dollies at this tier, because the loading is genuinely a two-person job. $299.

Delivery is included to every address in those ten towns, and across the wider GTA west corridor. Moving between two of them is fine too: we drop off at the old place and collect from the new one.

What is a moving tote rental?
You rent reusable plastic totes instead of buying cardboard boxes. They are delivered to your door before the move, you pack and move with them, and the rental company collects them afterwards. You never buy, assemble, tape or dispose of anything.
How much does it cost to rent moving totes?
Our packages run from $119 for a studio to $389 for a 5-bedroom home, and that single price covers the totes, the dolly, delivery, pickup and 14 days of rental. A comparable cardboard order for a 2-bedroom move usually lands higher once you add tape, and you are left with a pile to get rid of.
Is renting totes cheaper than buying boxes?
For most moves, yes, and the gap widens the bigger the home. The comparison people forget is disposal: cardboard has to be broken down and hauled away, which costs you a weekend even when it costs no money. We ran the numbers properly in this cost comparison.
Do you deliver and pick up, or do I collect them?
We deliver and we collect, both included in the price. Delivery lands 7 days before your move date and pickup is scheduled from your new address once you are unpacked.
How many days before my move do you drop off?
7 days before your move date, giving you a full week to pack before and a full week to unpack after.
How strong are the totes really?
Heavy-duty plastic. They don't sag, they don't rip, and hold up to 60 lbs.
What sizes are the totes?
24 × 20 × 12 inches, gray plastic, with attached flat lids. They stack like Tetris in your truck.
Are the totes cleaned between rentals?
Yes, every one of them. Each tote and dolly is inspected inside and out the same day it comes back, then wiped down with a commercial-grade disinfectant that is safe for plastic. Anything showing signs of pests is quarantined straight away and retired rather than re-cleaned, and every cycle is logged by tote ID and date.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes, we deliver and pick up 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Weekend dates do fill up faster, so we recommend reserving yours early.
What if my closing date moves?
Closing dates slide constantly, so this comes up a lot. Let us know as soon as you have the new date and we will move your delivery and pickup to match. Booking 1–2 weeks ahead gives us the most room to reschedule, since weekend and end-of-month slots fill first.
Can I rent totes for storage or a renovation instead of a move?
Yes. Renovations and home staging are a steady part of what we do, and the totes stack and seal better than cardboard for anything sitting in a garage or basement for a few weeks. Tell us the length you need when you book.
Which towns do you deliver to?
Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Bolton, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Acton, Orangeville, Erin and Hillsburgh, plus the surrounding GTA west corridor. Delivery is included to every address in those towns.
