Desks, files, supplies and kitchen. Lid open, stuff in, lid shut. Every tote is the same size, so they stack square on the dolly and square in the truck.
We collect from the new office
Once everyone is unpacked, we pick up every tote from the new address at a time you choose. Nothing to break down, nothing to haul to recycling.

An office move has more people to answer to than a home move: the building, accounts payable, and the staff who still need to work the day before. These are the answers we get asked for most.
ToteMove rents the totes, dollies and moving blankets. Your moving company or your own team handles the move itself. Every tote measures 24 × 20 × 12 inches, holds up to 60 lbs and has an attached flat lid, so a full stack loads into any truck.
Invoicing and payment
We invoice your business directly. Full payment is due upfront, before delivery.
Delivery and pickup times
Timing is set around your business. Early morning, after hours or a weekend all work, at both the old and the new office.

ToteMove is a registered Ontario business and carries business liability insurance.

Clean, damage-free totes
Every tote arrives clean, disinfected and damage-free. Each one is inspected the day it comes back and logged by tote ID. Here is the full cleaning process.
Longer rentals
14 days are included. After that it's $1 per tote per week, so an extra week on 100 totes is $100.
Lead time
24 hours is the minimum for a last-minute booking. For a large order, 1 to 2 weeks ahead gives us the most room to schedule around your hours.
10 towns, one corridor.
Delivery and pickup are included in every package. Moving between two of these towns is fine: we drop off at the old office and collect from the new one.

Do you rent moving crates for office moves?
Yes. Our plastic moving totes work the same way as office moving crates: they arrive empty, your team packs desks, files and supplies into them, and we collect them from the new office once you are unpacked.
How many totes can you supply for one office move?
Up to 500 totes per job. Our standard packages go from 20 to 100 totes, and anything above 100 is a custom package.
How much does office tote rental cost?
Offices pay the same prices as home moves: $119 for 20 totes, $149 for 30, $189 for 45, $229 for 60, $299 for 80 and $389 for 100. Each package includes delivery, pickup, dollies, moving blankets and 14 days of rental. For more than 100 totes, we put together a custom package.
Can you deliver and pick up outside business hours?
Yes. Delivery and pickup times are arranged around your business, so tell us when the totes should arrive and when the old and new offices are accessible.
Can you invoice our company?

What if the move takes longer than 14 days?
Keep the totes as long as you need. After the included 14 days it is $1 per tote per week, so an extra week on 100 totes is $100.
