Storage Bin Rental: We Bring Them to You.
Most storage bin rental means driving to a depot, loading your car twice, and hoping you guessed the quantity right. We deliver instead. Stackable sealed plastic bins, moving blankets, and a dolly arrive at your door, and we collect them when the job is finished. Renovation, staging, decluttering, or the gap between two houses. They are the same industrial plastic totes we rent for moves, so if you have been searching for storage totes or plastic storage boxes rather than bins, this is the thing you meant.

Storage punishes cardboard.
It sits in the damp
A basement or garage in an Ontario winter cycles through humidity constantly. Cardboard absorbs it, softens, and the bottom goes first. Sealed plastic does not care.
It sits for weeks
A move lasts a weekend. A reno lasts a month. Cardboard that was fine on day three sags by week four, and anything stacked on top of it goes with it.
Things get into it
Mice chew cardboard and nest in it. Our lids are attached and flat, so a bin that is shut stays shut, and every bin is inspected and disinfected before it reaches you.
Same bins, same process as a move. If you are actually relocating rather than storing, the moving tote rental page covers that side.
Bins, blankets,
and a dolly.
The bins measure 24 × 20 × 12 inches, which works out to roughly 94 litres each, and they carry up to 60 lbs. Attached flat lids, so they stack square and hold weight on top rather than crumpling under it.
Every package also includes moving blankets, 2 on the smallest package rising to 5 on the largest. Those matter more for storage than for a move: furniture that sits still for a month against a concrete wall picks up scuffs and damp that a blanket prevents.
Every bin and dolly is inspected under good light and disinfected the same day it comes back, and the cycle is logged by bin ID. Anything showing pest activity is retired rather than re-cleaned. The full process is written up here, which is worth reading if your things are going to sit in these for weeks.
Stackable sealed bins
20 to 100 of them. 24 × 20 × 12 inches, about 94 litres, rated to 60 lbs, with attached flat lids.
Moving blankets
Between 2 and 5 per package, depending on the size you book. For protecting furniture, mirrors and anything sitting against a wall or a concrete floor.
A dolly, or two
One on packages up to 3 bedrooms, two on the 4 and 5 bedroom packages. Stack 5 or 6 bins and move a room in one trip.
Delivery to your door
Included. Not a depot pickup, and no charge by distance within our service area.
Collection when you're done
We come and take them away, from whichever address they ended up at. You do not drive anything back.
One price.
Everything in.
Bins, blankets, a dolly, delivery and pickup are always included. No upsells, no per-mile fees.
Fourteen days are included. Beyond that it is $1 per tote per week, so a 45-tote package runs $45 for each extra week. Pick your length on the booking form.
All prices are before HST, which is added at checkout.
Four jobs
that aren't moves.
Storage rental gets lumped in with moving, but the jobs behave differently. A move has a deadline and a truck. Storage has a room you need emptied and no particular hurry, which changes what you actually need from a container.
The common thread is that the contents sit still for weeks, somewhere that is not climate controlled, with people working around them. That is where sealed and stackable earns its keep.
Renovations
Clearing a kitchen or a basement before trades arrive. Sealed lids keep drywall dust out of everything, which is the part people underestimate.
Home staging
Stagers want the personal items gone and the rooms reading as large. Bins stack tidily in a garage and go away entirely when the listing closes.
Decluttering before a sale
Boxing up what you are keeping without committing to a storage unit contract. If you want to cut volume first, this list of what to get rid of is a decent start.
The gap between two homes
Closing dates rarely line up. If yours shifts, tell us and we rework the delivery and collection around the new date.
"12 trips to Home Depot.
60 boxes. Grandma's china broken.
There had to be a better way."
10 towns, one corridor.
Delivery and collection are included to every address in those ten towns, and across the wider GTA west corridor.
Got
questions?
What is storage bin rental?
You rent reusable plastic bins by the week instead of buying boxes or signing a storage unit contract. We deliver them with a dolly and moving blankets, you fill them, and we collect them when you are finished.
Are storage bins the same as storage totes or boxes?
Same product, different words. Storage bin, storage tote, plastic storage box, reusable storage container: they all describe a rigid stackable plastic container with a sealing lid. We call ours totes because that is what the moving trade calls them, but if you searched for bins you are in the right place. What we rent is not a waste bin and not a portable storage unit like a POD.
How big are the bins?
24 × 20 × 12 inches, which is roughly 94 litres, and each one holds up to 60 lbs. Attached flat lids mean they stack square and carry weight on top.
Do you deliver, or do I collect them?
We deliver and we collect, both included in the price. There is no depot to drive to and nothing to bring back.
How long can I keep them?
Fourteen days are included in the price. After that it is $1 per tote per week, so a 45-tote package held for a full month works out at $279 rather than $189. Pick 14, 21 or 28 days on the booking form, or choose "Other" for anything longer. Worth being straight about this: our pricing suits short holds of a few weeks. If you need somewhere to put things for six months, a self-storage unit will cost you less.
Are moving blankets really included?
Yes, 2 on the smallest package rising to 5 on the largest, at no extra cost. They are there to protect furniture and anything leaning against a wall or sitting on a concrete floor.
Is this cheaper than a storage unit?
It is a different thing rather than a cheaper one. A storage unit gives you space you drive to; bins give you containers delivered to the space you already have, like a garage or a spare room. If you need somewhere to put the things, you still need the unit. If you need something to put them in, this is it.
Will cardboard not do the same job?
For a weekend, yes. For weeks in a garage or basement, cardboard softens in the damp, sags under stacking, and mice will chew and nest in it. That is the main reason people switch for storage specifically.
Are the bins cleaned between rentals?
Every one of them. Inspected inside and out under good light the same day they come back, then wiped down with a plastic-safe commercial disinfectant, with each cycle logged by bin ID and date. Anything showing signs of pests is quarantined and retired rather than re-cleaned.
Can I use them for a renovation with trades on site?
That is one of the most common reasons people book them. The sealed lids keep drywall dust and debris off the contents, which open cartons will not do.
What if my dates change?
Tell us as soon as you know. Closing and completion dates slide constantly, so we rework the delivery and collection around the new date.
Which towns do you deliver to?
Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon, Bolton, Georgetown, Halton Hills, Acton, Orangeville, Erin and Hillsburgh, plus the surrounding GTA west corridor.
